We regularly do routine maintenance, updates and upgrades to our hardware and software to ensure that MageStack remains the fastest, most reliable and secure e-commerce solution available. More often than not, these updates happen without any interference to customer stacks or websites.
In the odd case where this isn't possible, we allow our customers to specify their ideal maintenance hours. These can be set with your control panel at: https://my.sonassi.com/
- Select "Stacks"
- Select the stack you wish you set the maintenance hours for "e.g. Stack1"
- Then select which hours you're happy we perform the maintenance,
Once you've submitted your changes, any critical work can be actioned during those hours. Where possible, we'll always inform you in advance when there's planned work or maintenance on your stack/s.
