Requesting VPN Access

Each user requires their own VPN certificate and pass-phrase (bundle), no two users can share the same certificate. Sometimes third parties require short-term access, the process is the same for any permanent user.

The bundle is sent out over 2 separate emails, containing password protected ZIP files - ensure your SPAM filter permits this file type, UK users can optionally request the pass-phrase to be sent via SMS (rather than email).

Adding a new user

At present, this is a manual process administered by our support team. Send a support ticket in with the following format,

Subject: VPN Bundle Request Body: Addition of user "user@example.com"

Revoking a user

At present, this is a manual process administered by our support team. Send a support ticket in with the following format,

Subject: VPN Bundle Revoke Body: Revoke user "user@example.com"

! Do not provide a "generic" email address, or email address that feeds into a ticketing/support system
