As of 01:00 09/06/2009 – access to your email has changed! Due to the provision of new distributed email servers, incoming and outgoing mail has now been divided into separate servers. Previously all details were configured under mail.domain.com – it has now changed to the following:
For outgoing email (SMTP): <strong>smtp.<em>domain.com</em> </strong>Port 25
For incoming email (POP3): <strong>pop.<em>domain.com</em> </strong>Port 110<strong></strong>
For incoming email (IMAP):<strong> imap.<em>domain.com</em> </strong>Port 143 (No encryption/TLS) Port 993 (SSL encryption)
For webmail: <strong>http://webmail.<em>domain.com</em></strong>
