At £80 per hour, our emergency rates are very competitive and are extremely useful. For true 24/7/365 support, Sonassi has developers on call to deal with any emergency, just make sure your account is topped up prior to submitting a ticket.

How do I get started?
If you’re going to spend some money with us, we would at least like a quick chat, be it over email or the telephone; to definitely make sure we can help with your needs. This means that all accounts are manually created by our team in the office.

How does it work?
Whether it is installing an extension, customising your layout, adding bespoke functionality or just fixing a problem. Submit a development support ticket and our development team will give you a loose estimate for your work, top-up your retainer balance to suit and we’ll schedule a date to complete the work!
On average, development tickets are scheduled with around a 7-10 day lead time for normal requests. Emergency requests can be actioned within as little as 4 hours – but are subject to emergency rate pricing.
We are a firm believer in only charging people for what they use. As a result of this, we only have two types of after-care, PAYG and Monthly, the only difference between the two is how much you anticipate using our services. Both packages are subject to the same terms & conditions and billing rules.
We bill the task by 1 minute increments, so if it only takes 2 minutes, we only charge for 2 minutes, simple! Jobs are easily submitted using theclientarea.info where you can track top-ups, submit and prioritise your tasks.
